We don’t believe in frozen shortcuts or premade crusts. Our dough is mixed fresh daily using high-gluten flour, which gives our crust its signature chew and structure. High-gluten flour holds up to our hearty toppings while still baking up with the perfect crisp on the outside and soft, airy texture inside.

Each batch is mixed in our dough mixer (Fun Fact: This is the only original piece of equipment in our restaurant 🤞) and hand-rolled for maximum flavor and texture.
